Alexis is one of three coaches who teaches athletes how to develop their mobility and strength through fundamental exercises (Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Carry). The program is focused on teaching individuals how to fully engage muscles & properly execute movements to develop their full athletic ability. These semi-private sessions are offered at Mansfield Athletic Club in Pointe-Claire, Quebec.
Alexis teaches spinning at three different athletic clubs in Montreal (YMCA West Island, Mansfield Athletic Club, Gold's St. Laurent). Her classes are known to be well planned, always full, and a guaranteed tough workout.
She takes on a select number of clients to work with on a one-on-one basis. The training typically takes one of two forms:
- Once-a-month meetings to discuss progress, set new goals, and teach new training techniques.
- Multiple training sessions per week where she ensures you are correctly performing the exercises and adjusts your program as necessary to make sure you are being pushed to your peak potential.
Outdoor Performance Bootcamp
Alexis takes advantage of the warm summer months and hosts outdoor bootcamp sessions 2-3 times per week (weather permitting). Each workout consists of a dynamic warm up followed by a circuit interval-based workout where she values educating people on how to get the most out of each exercise.
