Where are you based?

We're happily based in Montreal, Canada - That's smack dab in the middle of maple syrup country!

How does shipping work?

We have our own warehouses in Montreal, Vancouver, California and New Jersey with our most popular products stocked for FAST DELIVERY! Flexis Fitness also partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.

This means that a part of your order may be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. 

Because we ship some of our products directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :) Items that ship from our Canadian or US warehouses usually take 4-5 business days to reach your home.

**The Item Guarantee Period lasts 8 weeks so that we can give you a proper chance to try the product. The buyer is eligible for a reshipment of the order should there be a problem.

What are the costs?

  • $4.95 flat rate shipping on most orders - unless there is a special promo.
  • Excludes heavy and/or overweight items.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages on different days.
  • Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
  • When using a promo code for free shipping, please note that the regular shipping cost will show in your cart but the promo discount will be combined with any other special prices/discounts and will appear as a total discount on your order.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

We are unable to control or take responsibility for taxes and customs fees that may be applied to your package. These fees are charged by your local government and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I don't like my item, can I exchange it?

Provided that the returned item is in a perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Please send us an email (within 14 days of receiving the item) and we will work something out for you.

I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for another reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to let us know. All returns made must be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

**Promotional/sale items are not eligible for returns.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.

**We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear, submergence into water nor if the item does not fit due to sizing reasons.
