Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing from our website. By purchasing from the site, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this policy, then you may not purchase from the website or use any services.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made prior to the fulfillment of the order(s).
We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 2 hours from the initial time of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
Depending on the item and reason, refunds are available to those who qualify, subjected to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions:

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be submitted, in writing, at least 30 days before your next billing date, to ensure that Alexis does not make your following month’s workout and/or meal plan.
Cancellation requests can be made directly from the chat within the app, or via email (alexis@flexisfitness.com).
What is your refund policy?
At Flexis Fitness, we are committed to your success and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the products and services we provide, we cannot offer refunds. When you purchase our digital products, you gain immediate access to valuable knowledge and resources that cannot be returned.
If you choose a payment plan, please understand that you are responsible for all payments. This is because the information and tools you receive right from the beginning have lasting value that can't be returned. Even if you decide to discontinue the program, you are still required to complete your payment plan in full.

SECTION 3 - GENERAL NOTES
When will I get my refund?
If it is a physical product, we must wait for the item to be returned back to us before processing a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you paid with.
If it is after 14 business days and you have not received your refund, please notify us via email. We will verify on our side and take care of it for you.
