A study performed at Duke University found that more than 40% of the actions you do every day aren’t decisions, but HABITS. Habits are the KEY to unlocking your full potential. Here are 5 of my daily habits that I have adopted over time (and some, I am still working on!) which have helped transformed my life for the better.
Now, what works for me, might not necessarily work for you. Pick one habit that resonates most with you & keep doing it until it becomes automatic before moving on to a new one :)
