This website is operated by Flexis Fitness. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flexis Fitness. 

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing from our website. By purchasing from the site, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this policy, then you may not purchase from the website or use any services.

You can review the most current version of the Refund Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Refund Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

SECTION 1 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be made prior to the fulfillment of the order(s).

We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 2 hours from the initial time of purchase.

What is your refund policy?

Depending on the item and reason, refunds are available to those who qualify, subjected to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions:

- Promotional / Sale items are final sale.
- Request for return is submitted within 14 days from delivery.
- The return shipping fee will solely be rendered by the buyer.
- All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on the sole discretion of the management.
- Any customs or duty fees will solely be rendered by the buyer.
- Any reshipment of items most correspond to the address in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. 

 

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted, in writing, at least 30 days before your next billing date, to ensure that Alexis does not make your following month’s workout and/or meal plan.

Cancellation requests can be made directly from the chat within the app, or via email (alexis@flexisfitness.com).

What is your refund policy?

Workout Plans

Flexis Fitness offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase on workout plans. In order to protect ourselves from abuse we reserve the right to refuse refunds to people that we deem to be 'serial refunders'. Those include people that have received one or more refunds in the past. If you have received a refund in the past you are not eligible for refunds on future plans and/or products without express, written permission in advance from Flexis Fitness.

If it is after 30-days from the date of purchase, the following applies:

Due to workout plans being custom made before the month begins, we reserve the right to refuse refunds to people who cancel with less than 30 days to their next billing date.

 

Meal Plans

We do not offer refunds on meal plans once the Nutrition Questionnaire has been submitted, and the process of making the meal plan has begun.

 

SECTION 3 - GENERAL NOTES

When will I get my refund?

If it is a physical product, we must wait for the item to be returned back to us before processing a refund.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you paid with.

If it is after 14 business days and you have not received your refund, please notify us via email. We will verify on our side and take care of it for you.
