Here too, we work together to make you successful. You tell me what you need and I do all the heavy lifting to make sure you PEAK when you need to... But don't worry, I'm not going to let you just fall off track and rebound after the deadline. Because everything is specifically designed to get you to the point of perfection, AND keep you healthy after it too. I'm not of the mindset that we just throw effort away, or that we hurt your body.
